GULORA delivery options and shipping charges depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. Available destinations, delivery options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order and delivery details

Please enter your full name, complete delivery address and an active phone number correctly at checkout. If your address needs to be changed after ordering, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can check whether a change is still possible.

Shipping charges and offers

Standard delivery within Pakistan is Rs300 for a single bottle. Orders containing 2 or more bottles qualify for free delivery within Pakistan; eligible discounts are applied at checkout.

Any eligible free-delivery offer or shipping discount will be reflected at checkout. Please check your order total before completing your purchase.

Delivery timing

For orders within Pakistan, dispatch normally takes 1–2 working days. After dispatch, courier transit normally takes 3–5 working days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery timing depends on your location and courier availability. Any estimate provided is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Courier delays, public holidays and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Contact us if you need an update on your order.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available and selected at checkout, pay the total shown on your order to the courier when your parcel arrives.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, leaking or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos so we can help.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Return courier charges are paid by the customer. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the process.
