Return & Refund Policy

At GULORA, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to arrange a return

Contact us at guloraorganics@gmail.com or through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for your return. For a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, please also share clear photos.

Our team will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending your parcel so we can identify and process it correctly. Pack the bottle securely to avoid leakage or breakage.

Return delivery charges

The customer is responsible for the courier and delivery cost of sending the item back to GULORA.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and contact you about your refund. We will confirm the refund amount and payment method with you, including for Cash on Delivery orders. The return courier charge paid by you is not reimbursed.
